instructions and follow them step by step to insure
trouble free operation and installation.
What is
your feedback policy?
We
ONLY leave feedback after the bidder. This is to
ensure that you are 100% satisfied w/ your purchase.
If you do not want to leave me feedback, that is ok, but you
will not get any either. Please do not ask why, or ask us to
make an exception for you. Please ensure you have left
feedback for us. We gladly leave you
feedback. We also leave you the same feedback you leave
us.
This means that if you leave us negative feedback, you'll
also get one. Please give us a chance to make things right
before leaving negative or neutral feedback. We will always
make things right, so there is never a reason to leave us
negative or neutral feedback.
I emailed
you, when are you going to respond?
We get about 300
emails a day. The less you send us
questions that are answered in the auctions or on this page,
the faster I can ship your product. We check our email
everyday, Monday thru Sunday, for 2-3 hours a day. You
should get a response from us within 24 hours. If not,
email us again, and if you don't get a response from that,
call us (get our info from eBay) or email us from a different
account. We get a lot of emails that bounce back and don't
get where they are supposed to go. Please understand that
like most people, We do leave our computer for more then a
day at a time. Please give us a
few days to respond to your emails before you leave me a
negative feedback. When you reply to our, ALWAYS include the
original email. Otherwise we won't be able to
help you. Do not email us RUN-ON sentences, gibberish, or
incomplete thoughts like Yes, OK. Always be clear what
you ordered, what you want us to do, and what you need.
We
need help with the CD will not get you anywhere.
Describe your Windows Version, your phone, your service
provider, what you bought from us, and where you having
problems. We do not spend all day at our computer,
but we are there a lot.
How long
will it take before I get my product after I have paid?
We
ship via PayPal USPS 1st class, With tracking, within 1-2 business
days of your purchase. This is the most economical way for
me to run my business. Please do NOT ask me if the item has
been shipped.
We
send out so many packages that I can't remember if your
package was one of them or not. We ship everything on a 1st
come, 1st served basis. You should wait 10 days
from the day you pay before you ask me about the whereabouts
of your package. If your item has not arrived, email me,
stating what you bought, how you paid, and that you have not
received your product. The post office loses about 1 /100 packages. Unnecessary emails like "Did you ship?" or "Can I
have a tracking number" slow everything down.
Do I need
internet on my phone to use your cds?
No,
you only need the our CDs and the data cable. We sell the
Motorola, LG, and Samsung data cables.
Are the
Ringers, apps, pics actually on the CDs?
Yes,
of course they are. The ring tones are all polyphonic, midi
or Mp3, Wav Real Words files.
Do you
combine S&H?
No,
We use S&H as part of the purchase price. NO EXCEPTIONS. I
charge the maximum allowed S&H values allowed by eBay.
Doing this allows me to save on eBay fees and in turn saves
you money. We already pay eBay more then $100 / day. They
made over 200 million dollars last year. Don't feel bad for
them. If you do not agree with my policy, DO NOT BID. This
is neither dishonest nor against eBay's policies. The
price of stamps is significantly less then your S&H fee. If
you want both the USB Data cable and the CDs, then buy them
together.
What is
your return policy?
We cheerfully accept
all returns and refund the money 100%. It is your
responsibility to send the item back to me and pay for the
shipping. If you were to return something at Wal-Mart, you wouldn't ask for gas money. Always include a note in the
package stating what you want me to do, and if you need a
refund, I will need your PayPal email address. You will
need to email us to set up a return. Return to sender will
NOT get you a refund.
